RETURN POLICY (DAMAGED GOODS ONLY)

We maintain strict quality standards. However, returns are accepted ONLY for damaged products.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The product is physically damaged upon delivery
- The package is tampered or broken
2. Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Compatibility issues (e.g., incorrect printer use)
- Minor aesthetic variations
3. Return Process
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of damaged product
- Send to: sales@highhimage.com
4. Resolution
After verification, we will:
- Replace the product OR
- Issue a refund (at our discretion)
5. Shipping for Returns
- If approved, we may arrange reverse pickup or request you to ship the product.
- Return shipping cost policy will be communicated case-by-case.
6. Important Notes
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Claims without proof may be rejected.
- In Certain Situations Certain Items and Products may be Exchanged in case of wrong sizes or dimensions or Gsm at the sole discretion of Highhimage
